Corona, CA, June 19, 2006 - Over the weekend, the USiFF Online Auctions acquired BidnBuyit.com and BidandBuyit.com, terms undisclosed.

Usellit4free.com, Inc. announced the acquisition of BidnBuyit.com and BidandBuyit.com. BidnBuyit.com and BidandBuyit.com will open the door to more auction buyers and sellers from around the world. USiFF, with it's unique auction concept and name, has been in need of a domain name that will bring more buyers and sellers together. "We feel this is a great opportunity for our members", said Holliday.

Since March 2005, USiFF’s one-of-a-kind auction concept – where the user pays auction fees only for successfully sold articles – has proven to be a unique attraction, and the number of auction listings – well over 12,000 – proves its popularity.

Rene and Teri Holliday founded USiFF out of personal experience. “When a family member passed away, we looked to auction some household items online to raise money for the services,” says Holliday. “That was when we realized the costs associated with unsuccessful auctions.” The Hollidays did not see why the auction company should be paid for unsuccessful auctions, and USiFF was founded subsequently on that model.

Founder Holliday explained his goal of being the best in customer service. "I worked for Nordstrom's and learned a few valuable tips. Norstrom had two rules, rule number one, the customer is always right and rule number two, refer back to rule number one. This made our life pretty easy". Mr. Holliday plans to incorporate these rules into USiFF's online auction service.
